Les Roches is the gold standard for international schools of hotel management, renowned for its exacting Swiss standards and experiential education. But when Les Roches established its first U.S. campus in Chicago, they needed to condense their 60-year history, global reputation and rich network into a microsite accessible to American students. Since the Chicago website had to roll out before the Chicago campus was fully built, I drew from the school's unique legacy, Chicago's diverse hospitality scene, success stories of Chicago-based alumni and itineraries crafted by leading Chicago concierges, chefs and convention managers.
