Keurig needed a new direction to invigorate sales and reset brand awareness -- and they wanted it in time for the holidays. In less than 5 months, we pitched and won a site redesign and created The Perfect Cup, an app that matches users to the Keurig coffees that are perfect for them. The app serves as a portal for consumers to build a profile on the new Keurig.com, allowing them to save and refine their preferences as they evolve. Through immersive content, interactive product delivery and emphasis on the personal nature of coffee perfection, Keurig reinvents itself as a coffee company, not just a maker of innovative coffee machines.
